WHAT IS DIQA?
The Drill Instructor’s Qualification Award (DIQA) is a course that was started in 2018 and was designed to train leaders in the ministry to become confident drill instructors. This training is meant for drill instructors, directors, Teen Leadership Training candidates, and Master Guide candidates. Throughout the DIQA course, attendees will learn different skills of leading out in drilling and marching such as calling commands with a confident voice as well as how to lead a unit or in different parades and ceremonies.
