This Agreement is between the Greater New York Conference and Vendor. Vendor acknowledges that the following Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall become binding upon the following:
(1) Submission of Vendor registration and receipt of confirmation from Greater New York Conference via email
(2) Submission of payment of the Space Rental Fee
(3) Space is not confirmed until receipt of your payment.
(4) There are no refunds or transfers for any reason. Once the application is submitted, changes cannot be made
(5) Sales are ONLY allowed BEFORE and AFTER Sabbath and after General Sessions have concluded
(6) Vendor will comply with current COVID-19 safety protocols
(7) Vendor acknowledges that an inherit risk of participating in this event may expose vendor to the COVID-19 virus. Vendor will hold Greater New York Conference harmless if Vendor become infected by the COVID-19 virus in connection with the event
Vendor Requirements
(1) Must be SDA or affiliated with an SDA church
(2) Must have a start up or established business or previous records of sales
(3) NO FOOD/DRINKS/RESELL items permitted
(4) Yard sale, flea market, or thrift store type products and displays are not permitted
(5) Original/Handmade designs preferred (tshirts, books, candles, soaps etc) — think Etsy
